Let your viewers play doctor! The !surgery command lets them spend coins to schedule real RimWorld medical procedures on their assigned pawn — from installing shiny bionics and joywires, to dramatic gender swaps, body makeovers, and now Biotech fertility & blood surgeries!

All procedures create actual surgery bills — your colony doctors will perform them (with the usual RimWorld risks: pain, scars, botched results, or death 😬).

Quick Start Examples 🚀

Classic Bionics & Implants
!surgery bionic arm left 1 → Install left bionic arm
!surgery bionic eye → Eye (auto-selected)
!surgery archotech leg right 2 → Two right archotech legs (if parts available)

Cosmetic Chaos
!surgery gender swap → Flip gender (Male ↔ Female) ✨
!surgery fat body → Become thicc 🍔

!surgery vasectomy → Vasectomy (male only)
!surgery iud → Implant IUD (female)
!surgery iudremove → Remove IUD (female)
!surgery vasreverse → Reverse vasectomy (male)
!surgery terminate → Terminate pregnancy (female, must be pregnant)
!surgery abortion → Same as terminate

Command Syntax

Implants / Bionics
!surgery <implant name> [left/right] [quantity]

  • <implant name>: any surgical item from Rimazon (case-insensitive)
  • [left/right]: optional — for paired parts (arms, legs, eyes, ears, lungs, kidneys, etc.)
  • [quantity]: usually 1–2 (most limbs max 2, defaults to 1)

Notes

  • Prices are defaults from global settings — streamer can tweak anytime!
  • Cosmetics are permanent (until someone buys the opposite 😏)
  • Biotech procedures respect gender, age, pregnancy, existing hediffs, and research requirements
  • All procedures can fail or cause complications (vanilla RimWorld behavior)

How It Works (Behind the Scenes)

  1. Command → coins deducted 💸
  2. Required items (medicine, hemogen packs, etc.) auto-spawn in pawn inventory
  3. Surgery bill added to pawn's health queue 🩺
  4. Blue letter invoice sent to colony with emotes & details 📜
  5. Colony doctors perform it (risk of failure, pain, death exists)
  6. Success → change applied + DidSurgery tale 🎭

Pro tip: Coordinate with chat for maximum chaos — e.g. sterilize half the colony, then reverse it later!

Requirements & Common Messages

  • Must own a living pawn (!pawn first)
  • Pawn must be in the colony
  • Enough coins (!bal to check)
  • Required research completed (for advanced implants & some biotech)
  • Pawn must meet procedure requirements (gender, age, not already done, etc.)
