Localisations

With the new method for loading localisations in Forge 1.7.2 (it's built in), there has been a change to the format of the lang files. They are now named en_US.lang, ru_RU.lang, etc. There has also been a change to the actual text in the files too. The new base en_US.lang file can be found below. Please translate it into your preferred language and upload it somewhere to this GitHub or the Forum post.
