feature: append to body

A small update to allow "body" in the "renderTo" field which automatically appends the modal to the very bottom of the body with a z-index of 9999 to make sure it places it over all the content. This is a nice QOL update and emulates functionality found in packages such as @headlessui/react

There's also a slight fix as "renderTo" is an optional field but the type had it as mandatory
