bootstrap.phpが返したDocumentParserをここでunsetしてしまうためグローバルの$modxが存在せず、その後のSystemStatusService::getStatus内のevo()->getVersionData()やdb()->connect()呼び出しがnullに対して実行されます。php manager/cli/bin/cms statusなど任意のコマンドを実行すると起動直後にFatal errorとなりCLIが使えません。DocumentParserをグローバルに保持したままコマンドを実行するようにしてください。
