Edit Storage Page

1. The Storage Type section should display.
2. The data inputs should work.
3. The next button should bring up the next section.
4. In the review section, any broken data should cause the UPDATE button to be disabled.
5. The BACK button should work.
6. The UPDATE button should cause an attempt to change the data of the storage.
7. After a storage has been updated, you should be forwarded to the storage list page.
8. The correct data for the storage should be loaded into various fields.
