Edit Project Type Page

1. The Project Type section should display.
2. The data inputs should work.
3. The NEXT button should bring up the next section.
4. The PREVIOUS button should work.
5. The CONFIRM button should cause an attempt to update the project type.
6. After a project type has been updated, you should be forwarded to the project types page.
7. The data about the project type should be displayed correctly.
