Motivation: simplified luck formula to work the same way for any top rarity currently available for an item, that is, always increase chances for the highest rarity available in similar manner. Thus, luck becomes more effective on early stages of the game when highest rarity available is Rare or Epic (by not being cut x5 times as previously).

Backward compatibility: light changes for an early game luck users.
