Behavior: Passive

Behavior Description: The passive behavior is designed to be used with Cargo Ship and Station encounters. It does not have any special features on its own, but instead relies on provided configuration in the rest of the behavior settings (Triggers, Actions, etc).

The Passive Behavior Type has not behavior exclusive tags at this time.
