Added IAuditService injection and audit logging for: - API token creation, blocking, and unblocking operations - Channel request creation, rejection, and cancellation - Both success and failure scenarios with relevant context data Remove outbound open channels column from nodes data grid Remove the DataGridNumericColumn that displayed outbound open channels count based on ChannelOperationRequestsAsDestination to simplify the nodes table interface. channels nodes stack-info: PR: #469, branch: Jossec101/stack/13
