Taking cue from WOA_test.py, please add the option of taking shape of transfer function from the user. Applicable to all the algorithms. |

Added codes for the aforementioned wrapper-based algorithms. The algorithms were tested on 18 benchmark datasets from the UCI machine learning repository and were shown to give competitive results.
