What does this mod do?

• A massive map overhaul of the entire planet adding in 1000s of new provinces (including sea tiles and historically navigable rivers)
• A major rewrite of province histories and addition of 1000+ countries
• Over 1000 new cultures and a dozen new religions, including a minority system, culture families.
• Trade nodes, areas, regions, subcontinents, and terrain remade
• In-depth mission trees for the major powers (removed pending overhaul)
• Overhaul of government reforms
• Extensive flavor additions (Events, Decisions, Formable Nations)
• Disasters adapted into crises - no longer exclusively negative events, some crises are crucibles with great rewards
• Rework of development into Wealth, Infrastructure, and Population
• Province edicts and infrastructure projects
• Overhauled buildings with an emphasis on the urban/rural divide
• 21 Terrains - based on topology and biomes
• 25 Climates - based on 1900 Koppen-Geiger readings
• 6 Forest types to be grown and harvested as needed - Broadleaf, Needleleaf, Coniferous, Bane, Rainforest, and Laurel
• Climate Change - volcanism and the Little Ice Age can now cause dramatic changes of fortune
• New subject types to contend with - fiefs, domains, confederates, paramountcies
• Nearly 100 new trade goods with dynamic prices determined on supply and demand - based on the Stock Market Mod
• New technology groups (52 in total)
• Complete overhaul of technologies and institutions
• Complete overhaul to units
• Trade companies and colonial regions entirely redone, many new dynamic names
• Multiple starts to cater your experience for your machine and personal enjoyment And much more!

Map Starts

• 11/11 - "Reparata Varna" - or Revenge for Varna is Atlas Novum's standard start
• 11/12 - "Satus Latius" - or Expanded Start adds more nations for you to immerse yourself in
• 11/13 - "Plus Ultra" - or Further Beyond add the maximum amount of nations for maximum pain and PC temp
• 11/14 - "Maiora Imperia" - or Major Empires features consolidated nations, which may help to mitigate performance issues, improve multiplayer games
