At first I cleaned up project a little bit, added altv-esbuild for building code
Contains first hot reload implementation that uses altv-esbuild (alt:V resource restart), kinda works on serverside, and kinda shitty clientside because of small freezes on each resource restart while writing code in code editor

enter client/server file in code editor and write something without clicking "execute" or pressing shortcut keys
