Shouldn't it be also #include "omp/EquityCalculator.h" instead of #include <omp/EquityCalculator.h>?

Adding a CMakeLists.txt for convenient building of the
ompeval.cpp(#7). Also updated Readme accordingly on how to build. I also included a missing include (#13) and a relative include of theHandEvaluator.I also thought that it would be nice for the repo to use a CI so I also added a travis file.
Nice project btw. :)
