- Upgraded most of the non-breaking change transport clients (RabbitMq [Host.RabbitMQ] Upgrade to 7.0.0 client #340 and MQTT will be part of another change).
- Upgraded the docker-compose to run all latest transport servers
- A bit of changes to reduce test flakyness
