Added maptsuki's new worlds. Also removed "The Bazaar" from the Deciding Street, since the term's no longer used on the wiki

Any reason for adding those new worlds to the config? Can't they just be taken from the Map IDs pages?
For Yume 2kki, worlds should be listed in the config only if they are needed (see the readme for specific cases that need to be covered).
If this addition to the config is truly required, then the ja, ko and zh config must be updated as well.

No problem with the Deciding Street change.

When I had submitted this PR, I had added these areas to the Map ID pages but did not see them show up in YNO. Since they do now though, it probably just a matter of waiting for YNO to update it, so apologies for the confusion on my part.
