chore: update screenshots batch 1

• Sets all screenshots to useFullPage
• Removes original (non-expanded) header/footer tests
• Cleans up first half of screenshot tests by removing unnecessary/redundant screenshots
  • If a component migrates cleanly from version x to x+1 and x+1 to x+2, then we don't need to text the x to x+2 migration. Theoretically, we only need to keep tests for the current version and the version before it.
  • However, sometimes keeping older prop versions provides increased test coverage of different variations of a component
