A desktop VRM avatar viewer with transparent overlay capabilities, perfect for streaming and desktop

🖥️ Desktop Overlay Mode

• Transparent Background - VRM appears directly on your desktop
• Click-Through Mode - Overlay mode where clicks pass through the window
• Always On Top - Keep VRM visible above all other windows
• No Window Shadows - Clean overlay without visible borders

🎮 VRM & Animation Support

• Load VRM avatar models (.vrm files)
• Import FBX animations (Mixamo compatible)
• VRMA animation support
• Real-time mouth movement with audio input
• Multiple manipulation modes (move, scale, rotate)

🎛️ System Tray Controls

Right-click the system tray icon to access:

• Toggle Decorations (show/hide window borders for resizing)
• Toggle Click Through (overlay mode)
• Toggle Always on Top
• Quit application

⌨️ Keyboard Controls

• H key - Toggle UI controls
• Escape - Hide UI
• WASD - Move VRM through scene
• Ctrl+WASD - Rotate VRM
• Shift+Drag - Manipulate VRM (move/scale/rotate modes)

• Transparent background perfect for OBS capture
• Use Window Capture + Chroma Key filter for clean overlay
• Virtual audio cable support for real-time mouth sync
• Desktop companion that stays visible during streams

📦 Installation

Choose either installer:

• vrmloader_0.1.0_x64_en-US.msi - Windows standard MSI installer
• vrmloader_0.1.0_x64-setup.exe - NSIS installer with more options

Both installers include the full application and will create Start Menu shortcuts.

🚀 Quick Start

1. Install using either provided installer
2. Launch VRM Loader from Start Menu or desktop shortcut
3. Load a VRM model using the "Load VRM" button
4. Enable transparent background for overlay mode
5. Use system tray to toggle always on top and click-through
