message() uses the chat.postMessage() slack API to send a message to a channel.
channelList() returns a list of all the channels for the slack domain.
Because message() may use a different token than the webhook integration, a new optional parameter is added to the constructor. If this is null, message() and channelList() will use the first token parameter.
