Introduce a new "style" argument to `format_pretty_table` that supports several predefined values that leverage the characters from the "Box Drawing" Unicode block. Retain the "horizontal_bar" and "vertical_bar" parameters for compatibility.

I was toying around with Unicode box-drawing chars for pretty tables and thought I'd create a PR to see if you were interested.
This still lacks tests and both the interface and the implementation could certainly be improved. I'd be happy to work on this if you think this could go anywhere.
