Supports Cardboard, Daydream, GearVR, Oculus Rift/Go, HTC Vive, PlaystationVR, Windows MR headsets

For Windows/OSX, use Firefox. For Android, use Chrome.

Software:

WebVR (browser-supplied)
WebGL (browser-supplied)
THREE.js (wraps WebGL, WebVR, etc.)
React 360 (wraps THREE.js)
A-frame (wraps WebGL etc. in declarative HTML-like form)
