This change enable user to execute CLI scripts prior to wildfly initialization.
This is disabled by default so won't affect any existing user.
With this change the users will be able to add data sources, queues and/or set other configurations with CLI scripts. It is fast and handy for quick customization.
It does not exclude the other types of customization.
