Hi,
I added an option to RNA version to visualize scores on each nucleotide. I believe this function is useful to visualize results of RNA structure probing experiments for all RNA biologists (c.f. https://www.kaggle.com/competitions/stanford-ribonanza-rna-folding). I also attached a sample file for this.
