fix git fetch cmd to work in non-bare repos make sure we fetch the latest from remote before attempting to checkout a branch that may not be available locally if tied to a branch, make sure the latest remote commit is pulled in and checked out
symlinking from the shared path breaks situations where some other app blindly copies the module dir to another system (Vagrant provision does this)

Git branches as a source will now detect the remote HEAD as being newer and fetch/install when asked to henson install
Added a new option to disable the symlink as this breaks things that do a shared folder mount like (like in a vagrant vm)
