This felt disingenuous as we are leaving for other reasons.
yet aren’t doing anything to make it happen
Feels a little like we are calling them out but that may be the customer and they may not like that.

Overall was just focusing on tone and wording. I probably made the paragraphs a mess as I wasn't focused on that.
