This commit adds a new file `extra/annotation.md` that provides documentation for the annotation-related scripts located in the `extra/` directory. The documentation covers the usage of `annotation_ui.py`, `analyze_spot_clusters.py`, and `run_starfish_spotiflow.py`, including command-line arguments and interactive controls where applicable.
