- Uses ZMK V3
- Fixes the row layout to actually be 4x6
- Pins builds for consistency and will 'release' firmware on tag
- Adds Makefile for local building
* Untested: tweaks to layouts to align with v0.2.1. only real changes should be the builds (different driver / zmk 0.3) * Add settings reset and name change
