A lot of small grammar changes. Also noticed that depending on the width of the screen "Username, Password, Secure Deployments and Checking Credentials" will sometimes center align. Added "text-left" to correct.
Changed consistency of : at form ends. Also adjusted several of the DIVs to be <div class="form-group"> which fixed some of the spacing issues.
