This PR adds support for additional ATS syntax and keywords to the
syntax/ats.vimfile, and adds anexample.datsfile which includes different syntax examples and keywords.I've grouped the changes into commits that should hopefully make this easier to review. If you'd prefer this split this into multiple PRs, please let me know.
