Added all files from mercury-receipts repository into a mercury-receipts subdirectory within team-workflows. This consolidates the receipt processing workflows into the main team workflows repository. Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 4.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
Moved GitHub Actions workflows from mercury-receipts/.github/workflows/ to repository root .github/workflows/ where they can be properly recognized by GitHub: - Added mercury-receipts publish step to existing publish.yaml - Created mercury-receipts-scheduled-run.yaml for scheduled agent runs - Removed mercury-receipts/.github directory as it's no longer needed This ensures the workflows will be executed by GitHub Actions.
