Initial responsive commit. See #12

A start for a mobile view to the docs site (#12).

Does:

• No changes to the desktop view
• Reorganize the html so that mobile can have a footer menu with a link in the header saying [Menu]
• Boosts up the font size at mobile for legibility

Doesn’t:

• cover the marketing site at all
• deal with the floating [Related ...] menu.

Thanks for making a start!

I've tried testing it on an ipod touch and it still just appears as the desktop site. Also tried on a blackberry and get the same. I'm surprised because the media query looks correct. I'm not sure why it's not working. I can get it to work when resizing my browser window, but that's it.

Yup! I thought of this after I went to bed on saturday. Forgot the meta viewport declaration.
