- Copied over changes that I previously made to /src/assets/i18n/en.json5 to /src/themes/libraopen/assets/i18n/en.json5 so that they will persist during upgrades.
- Updated restricted badge text to say "UVA Only".
Add all the changes that were already made /src/assets/i18n/en.json5 so that they will not be lost in updates.
