Hey! I was browsing the code for Deltarune and Undertale and noticed some improvements I could make - so I did! The build system stuff is mostly a side effect of me trying to get this set up locally (lol), plus some experimentation (for example, read.py is just me testing things, could be useful to someone else later on, not actually used right now). Hope it works! :)
