on the second thought maybe the value should be something obviously wrong for easier debugging in case it ends up being used somewhere later |

Before #912
bem.caswas set to some garbage value if the scry occured at latest case, which was not equal tou3_none, allowing the scry request to go through. After #912 scrying at latest was essentially forbidden. This commit setsbem.casto 0 to pass the check. The actual value does not matter since it won't be used.
