This PR updates the gomod2nix.toml lockfile to reflect newer versions of four Go dependencies. These are standard patch/minor version bumps with corresponding hash updates.
- Updates testing framework dependencies (Ginkgo and Gomega) to their latest patch versions
- Updates the Cobra CLI library to a newer patch version
- Updates an internal dependency (unmango/go) to a newer patch version
