• Explore repository structure and understand existing config
• Create utils/macros.lua — a Lua module for persistent macro storage with save/load/delete/play/edit functionality, storing macros as JSON in nvim data directory
• Create plugins/macro-manager.lua — keymaps and Snacks picker integration for browsing, searching, and playing saved macros with descriptions
• Add lualine integration to show macro recording status and current slot
• Verify changes are consistent with existing code style
