QT application, that reads LoRa uplink messages from server.
Please ignore "mqtt" in branch name as it contain nothing related to mqtt (initially I had idea to use mqtt for message reception, but found it very difficult to install mqtt lib in Qt, so decided to use HTTP GET request).
