Add NestJS server and NextJS client with JWT authentication and PostgreSQL

Full-stack authentication application with NestJS backend, NextJS frontend, and PostgreSQL database.

• JWT-based auth with register/login/profile endpoints
• TypeORM + PostgreSQL with User entity
• Input validation via class-validator
• bcryptjs password hashing
• CORS configured for client origin

Client (/client)

• Login/register pages with form validation
• Protected dashboard route with auth guard
• Auth context with token persistence
• Axios interceptors for automatic token handling

Infrastructure

• Docker Compose for PostgreSQL
• Environment config via .env.example files
