This commit adds two new unit tests to the TestReportCalculator class: 1. test_compute_extreme_stats 2. test_compute_average_stats

Unit tests
I have added tests for
ReportCalculator,WeatherParser,WeatherReadingsclasses' methods. Also, I have created test suite intest_suite.pyto run all the tests.Output
