feat: Trust Portal – Additional Documents

• Add trust-portal document DTOs and service/controller endpoints to upload, list, generate signed URLs, and soft-delete trust-documents (/v1/trust-portal/documents/*).
• Extend Trust Access with public endpoints to list documents, download one, or download-all as ZIP via access token (/v1/trust-access/access/:token/documents[/*]), including S3 ZIP bundling via archiver and safe filename handling.
• Update OpenAPI (packages/docs/openapi.json) with new document and access routes and schemas.

UI: Portal Settings

• Add TrustPortalAdditionalDocumentsSection component to upload, list, download, and delete documents; integrate into TrustPortalSwitch and page.tsx to surface org documents.

Integrations & DX

• ComboboxDropdown usage updated to allow custom (non-predefined) values in connect/manage integration dialogs.
• Expand AWS credential region list with more regions.
