Tested by manually moving the canadarm to different locations. Less bouncy than I remember. Quick review at the code looks okay too. |

We were hitting effort limits with the MSS. Increase effort limits, and also increase velocity of joints so we can speed up demos. Note none of these values actually reflect the capabilities of the actual hardware.
