Azure Upload module for Sitecore WFFM

The 'From' field value is wrapped by brackets twice in the Send Email Editor

The 'Select a form to copy' option overwrites the copied form and creates a duplicate in the target folder.

When uploading a file, its size limit is hardcoded to 1 MB.
