Took me a while to compile it on my phone, I had to disable test on gmp-mpfr I don't think I should push that, as it's a workaround |

To mock factorion-bot behaviour I added a quick cli implementation of factorion.
Most of the code is copy paste from the factorion-lib docs.
I added the cli implementation so I can use it on my smartphone with termux and print factorion replies with a thermal printer, so I can meme irl at the 39c3.
