Unify command naming by switching from plural 'variablegroups' to singular 'variablegroup' across pipelines command structure for consistency.
Replace references to `variable-groups` with `variable-group` in existing documentation and add new dedicated docs pages for the renamed commands, including list and variable subcommands.
