The two sections were redundant - both linked to the same email address. Merged into a single 'Contact & Support' section.

The Contact and Support sections in the Altilium privacy policy were redundant - both linked to the same email address (altilium@searle.dev).
This PR merges them into a single 'Contact & Support' section for better clarity.
