feat: Microsoft Planner task pull script

Description

This PR is intended to complete and merge the work by @ibi420 on the MS planner export script. When this is merged, #51 can also be closed.

Removed some files that has caused the Netlify checks for deployment to fail.

How Has This Been Tested?

The script was tested in a Windows Powershell terminal by following the steps outlined in src/content/docs/report-scripts/Planner_Pull_Documentation.md (see "Files changed" tab)

Confirmed that each option within the Powershell script works, and the results can be saved to .csv, .json, or a .md report.

This contains the addition of a script (Planner_Pull.ps1) that pulls tasks from Microsoft Planner, along with documentation and a change to .gitignore. Overall, this is an excellent enhancement to provide a means to create and report on Microsoft Planner task data. Including the documentation together with the script will assist with ongoing maintenance of the script and make onboarding simpler for others.

The update to .gitignore is necessary because it will exclude the files generated or logged by the script, thereby helping to maintain a clean repository.
