- removed file size from scan output because it is not relevant to the model
…d comparing the last scan and the git file modified dates - this will only scan the necessary files and reduce token usage significant for re-scans of full project or sub folder
- also included new git logic in readMe

Improved file scanner with git to only scan necessary files instead of all. FileSystem walker is still fallback.
