I wasn't sure whether to put the
impls in theconst _BUILTIN_TRAITSconstants, since I don't really know what they are for. On the one hand, all the trait implementations go in there, but on the other,std::fmt::Debugisn't a builtin.Let me know if they're in the wrong place and I'll fixup.
