I've merged cudd and haskell_cudd here. The reason for doing this is that cabal will now build a standalone static library, such that when the termite tool is build, it doesn't depend on any non-standard shared libraries. This has the benefit that setting LD_LIBRARY_PATH is no longer necessary.
