What was done

Since May, the following has been done:

Project

  • testing software for object detection in cameras
  • making prototypes in housings with a camera, battery, router/LTE modem
  • Preparation of logos for services
  • Purchase of Internet domains for projects related to monitoring, vision systems and alternatives

Another activity

  • training on doing business in Germany
  • private German language lessons
  • preparation of the company's infrastructure with a server and open source projects
  • server configuration, websites for several dozen domains related to the company's offer
  • I'm still waiting for the VAT number, it may take 2 months, services cannot be sold to this day

Cooperation

I got involved in two projects to gain international experience and contacts:

  • biocomputers - therapies and protection against bio-threats, BIOSOC, CBRNe
  • obtaining energy from the movement of the human body, I have prepared 2 models Thanks to the former, I will be able to offer a vision system for the bio and agro industries

Marketing

Alternative projects when there are no adequate profits

  • I have prepared lists of potential projects in various models that can be taken into account when implementing the strategy In case of problems with making profits on video projects, there is an alternative in the form of projects for a wide range of recipients who use emails in their everyday life

  • Rapid development of language models (LLM) and video streaming technologies opens up new possibilities for automation and data analysis.

Competition

  • Changes in EU regulations lead to market restructuring, which can create both challenges and opportunities for companies.
  • There is an observed trend of shifting market power towards Asian and American companies.

Market Niche

  • There is an increasing demand for integrated, self-service security solutions, which can be an area of development for innovative companies.
  • The increasing automation and use of AI in various sectors is changing the dynamics of the labor market and services.

New Threats

  • Increased risk of cyber threats, particularly in the context of data theft.
  • The emergence of new types of threats, such as biological threats (CBRNe), requires new approaches to security.

These trends indicate the need for adaptation and innovation in the security and technology sectors. Companies that can effectively combine new technologies (such as AI and video analysis) with security solutions, while addressing new types of threats, can find themselves in a favorable market position.

2024

2024

In 2024, telemonit's strategy is to offer additional functionalities in existing monitoring systems. Using the existing automation marketplace We are working on an API that will be compatible with automation systems such as IFTTT (If This Then That), it is worth understanding that there are many platforms and marketplaces that offer similar integration opportunities.
