Bump up docker-compose.yml version

Synopsis

Currently 2.4 version is used to tell the Docker Compose not to use its Docker Swarm, which may break stuff. However, version is obsolete now by Docker team, should check whether bumping up the version or removing it completely will work.

Solution

This PR removes the version from docker-compose file.
